CPAC is the College Personnel Association of Colorado, a state division of the American College Personnel Association. CPAC is committed to challenging students, faculty, and practitioners in their growth and development by providing, support, and opportunities to its members. CPAC is dedicated to supporting members through networking and the sharing of ideas, experiences and information.

Social Justice Mission Statement:
The mission of the College Personnel Association of Colorado is to dedicate our efforts toward addressing our own understanding of social justice while supporting and honoring the members of our organization. We recognize the importance of not only understanding and gaining a deeper understanding of the complexities of social justice, but also to recognize and address the connections among the various levels and institution cycles of oppression and to work toward the change necessary for equality and the promotion of human dignity.
